Questa carta non puς essere Evocata tramite Evocazione Speciale se non offrendo 1 "Guerriero di Zera" scoperto sul tuo Terreno come Tributo finchι "Pandemonio" θ sul Terreno. Quando Evochi con successo questa carta tramite Evocazione Speciale, il tuo avversario scarta 3 carte a caso dalla sua mano. Questo effetto non puς essere applicato se non c'θ "Pandemonio" sul tuo Terreno.

Questo effetto θ Innescato. Se "Pandemonio" viene Distrutto o Rimosso in catena, questo effetto scompare. Questo effetto si Risolve ugualmente se il tuo avversario ha meno di 3 carte in Mano.

You cannot use "Monster Reborn", etc. on "Mazera DeVille" even if he is Special Summoned properly, because he "cannot be Special Summoned, EXCEPT by....
If you Special Summon "Mazera DeVille", his effect activates, and your opponent chains "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy "Pandemonium" in a chain, "Mazera Deville"'s effect disappears because his effect needs "Pandemonium" on the field when the effect resolves, not just when it activates (just like "The Agent of Judgment - Saturn").
If your opponent has less than 3 cards in his hand, he must discard his entire hand.
